Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within thirty (30) days of the postmark date of our shipment for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error, or if you receive a defective item.

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, this is the procedure to follow.

First, contact us to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number. Please state what you want to return. We will then provide you with a RMA number and instructions on where and how to return the item.

An RMA number is needed to keep track of your return or exchange, and to issue a refund, if applicable.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within five (5) business days of our receiving your return.
